Responsibilities
• Be responsible for RAN level system design in some areas.
• From R&D aspect, working for the competitiveness of our SingleRAN solution in Europe.
• Working with and supporting Tier 1 operators in Europe, optimize the commercial operation scenarios and requirements for customers and improve our solutions of wireless products.
• Participate in project solution plan and specified subject; clarify with customers in Delivery and Developing stage.
Qualifications Required
The competences needed are:
o RAN sharing
o Security
o Backhaul
o O&M across different RATs
o Radio scenario analysis
o GSM RRM algorithm or GSM radio performance
• Having experience working with wireless operators, or RAN level system design
• More than 10 years experience in wireless and telecom area.
• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Additional skills required
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
• The ability to communicate and work in multi-cultural team environment.
