Klarna is looking for a System maintainer for Telephony to the office in Stockholm.
Today, 10 employees at IT Operations manage and support the IT environment at Klarna. The department has 4 junior system administrators/first line technicians, 1 second line technician/coordinator, 1project manager, 3 senior system administrators and 1 manager. We are now looking for a System maintainer for telephony , are you the one we are looking for?
The role as system maintainer demands close cooperation with representatives from different departments at Klarna to gather needs of functionality, find areas of improvement and optimization and creating orders or projects descriptions for suppliers. Tasks include coordination of requirements on new functionality in telephone solutions for different departments. It also includes daily management and maintenance of telephone system and procurement of new telephone system functionality.
You will be Klarnas contact person for our telephone suppliers and responsible for contract management and supplier relations. The role involves a lot of independent work but with departments and teams to help.
In order to succeed in the role you have to be able to compile a lot of needs and wishes to concrete functions and changes. There will also be a close cooperation with suppliers and you must be experienced in supplier relations. Furthermore, experience of different telephone solutions is needed. You should have worked in an outsourced environment before and have knowledge on contract management. Most likely you have 3 years of experience in phone systems. As a person you are social, driven and has a forthcoming personality. You are able to cope with varying and high work pressure at times.
