Our Unit
Our unit is part of the Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio within Ericsson. We are a team of 10-12 System Leaders responsible for organizing and leading all the system design activities in our development projects in Kista.
As a system leader you will be responsible for:
Set-up of the system design team within a program and establish the needed interfaces.
Identify and manage knowledge gaps.
Manage a team in execution of all the system activities from e2e as part of a development program.
Manage interfaces to SPM, other programs such as 5G RAN, the different system organizations and the development organizations. This includes reporting.
Coach and develop your team and constantly evaluate better way of working within the team as well as in the interfaces.
Manage Risk and Change management. Change is a fact of nature in this environment and you will be responsible to manage that
As a leader we expect you to have:
Proven knowledge in leading others in a development context with good results.
A good understanding of product development based on experience doing any System-, HW- or SW-design.
A strong inner drive to act and execute - you want to make a change and add value. You are not afraid to challenge yourself or your team.
An interest and the ability to capture the overall expectation on the product development based on customer and business requirements.
