www.fingerprints.com Our System Engineering team is looking for an experienced System Designer to be part of our highly competent team. If you are interested in pioneering new technology together with highly motivated colleagues and be a part of new segments from start, do not wait to apply.
The role
You will be part of the product development from the early definition phase until customer engagement, driving the system design in close cooperation with other experts in the company. You will work closely with the product owner analyzing customer requirements, with the HW developers defining the ASIC, explore package options with the package team, and setting the SW design together with our Algorithm and SW teams. Hence be responsible for driving the system design from the early requirement phase to implementation and productization. Just imagine, watching people using payment card, mobile device, or other unit with biometric support with your Fingerprint solution. Yes, we did it! The work location will be either Malmö or Göteborg.
Your background
- A Master 's degree within Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of working experience in the field of system design or equivalent.
• Excellent hardware and software knowledge with focus on the complete system.
We appreciate experience in system analysis, requirement breakdown, architecture design and creation of key performance indicators. If you have proficient knowledge in requirement and design driving tools, it is an extra plus. To be able to drive and lead others in the daily work is important for this role as you might be acting as project leader from time to tome if needed.
As a person you embrace new technology, possess good analytical skills and have the ability to generate creative and well-structured solutions. Knowledge sharing is part of the job and good teamwork ethic is a necessity. A key to success in this role is if you are clear in your communication, a natural leader that lifts up and support the other members in a group to reach the corporate goals in a united way, inside the group as well as together with other groups in the organization.
