The Radar Product Management team manages non-contacting (NCR) and guided wave radar (GWR) product portfolios with exciting challenges to create program roadmap plans to meet future customer requirements. Our mission is to drive continuous feature growth with focus on customer value and best in class user experience.
https://www.emerson.com/en-us/automation/measurement-instrumentation/level You will own the high-level requirements and architecture for the hardware building of our NCR product portfolio. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solutions Managers and other System Architects and Engineering leads to analyze customer requirements, define system requirements, and realize these into applicable architecture. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the NCR platform roadmaps and architectural plans for the NCR transmitter portfolio
Ownership of platform objects used across the product portfolio
Analyze customer requirements, specify and maintain the products system requirements and architecture aligned with applicable product and platform roadmaps, applicable industry standards and Emerson corporate guidelines.
Find opportunities and conceptual solutions for efficient realization of product roadmaps.
Provides technical leadership to Product Management

Requirements
You have a broad technical understanding rather than deep and narrow expertise. You have strong communication and presentation abilities, and leadership comes naturally for you.
Furthermore, you thrive in a collaborative environment with a lot of contacts. You also possess interpersonal competence, and the ability to work in teams with empathy, responsibility, and persuasiveness.
We also see that you
Hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Are fluent in both verbal and written English, Swedish is a merit.
Have minimum of 5 years of professional relevant experience.
Have good understanding of portfolio management and work in matrix organizations
