This role is the Country CFO for our Sweden Subsidiary and is leading a team of finance professionals to support our business in the country.

Subsidiary Finance Leads / Country CFOs are key members of the subsidiary leadership teams and accountable for executing all finance deliverables to enable sustainable long-term growth. As the country CFOs, they have the opportunity to impact business results and operational effectiveness across a breadth of functions.
People - Foster a Microsoft Company owner mindset. Develop your own capabilities to bring deeper internal and external awareness of customers, competitors and industries. Maximise the potential of our finance organization by working effectively beyond reporting lines and geographies. Functional Lead of country dedicated Finance resources.
Prioritization - Set strategies and allocate resources to achieve financial targets. Ensure key financial metrics (revenue and costs) are met on a quarterly basis and deliver performance goals across the business solution areas. Simplify & reduce time spent on internal rhythms.
Partnership - Leverage deep actionable insights to drive top-line revenue, customer adds, and consumption growth, by industry based on the propensity model. Special focus on advanced workload consumption on strategic accounts. Engage externally directly with BDMs and Partners in line with these priorities &help land customer wins. Drive programmatic collaboration with Business Desk with the target to optimize deal economics across discounting, Financing, credit concessions and ensure high quality submissions for internal investment requests.
Protect - Compliance leadership &tone, monitor and support management's responsibility to mitigate risk with special focus on preventing corruption, unethical sales, spend management, privacy and concession &discounts. Leverage both internal and external advisors to anticipate and mitigate emerging statutory, tax and fiduciary risks. Deliver timely and accurate financial and tax filings. Represent Microsoft in the local market when required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field AND post-graduate finance/finance leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA/CA preferred.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Proven collaboration and teaming spirit.
Solid communication & influencing skills.
IT/Tech industry experience.
