hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Volvo Group Headquaters i Ospecificerad arbetsort Reporting to the EVP HR of Volvo Group, this is a senior, high impact position with global responsibility accountable for leading and developing the HR CoE functions in the group. The position is responsible for ensuring that they have the organization, competence and resources needed to provide the Volvo group?s country Center of Expertise organisations? with HR expertise within the Talent & Competence, Compensation & Benefits, Labor & Employee relations and Health & Safety areas. The SVP is also accountable for follow up and coordination of the country HR CoE functions reporting to the managing director in a country as well as development of the HR Service Delivery Model.
The organisation consists of Country HR CoE functions in eight countries; Sweden, France, US, Japan, Belgium, Brazil, India and Poland.
The SVP Country HR CoE is a member of Volvo Group HR Council.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate Country HR CoE initiatives and agree on country top priorities. Ensure that all Country CoE Heads have, and are motivated to succeed with, clearly formulated and agreed plans which are aligned with Volvo Group HR plan, strategy and strategic activities.
Ensure alignment between HR CoE agenda and HR Service?s agenda, globally and locally
Secure the implementation and further development of the HR Service Delivery Model.
Develop strategies for HR SDM Coordination & Development
Develop, evaluate and improve strategic measurements for HR SDM
Secure and support harmonization progress in all countries, as well as compliance
Overall responsible for external benchmarking within HR Center of Expertise areas.
Drive and challenge the Country HR CoE management team; and develop motivation, knowledge and teamwork throughout the entire organization.
Champion the culture in order to build and maintain a strong image of the HR CoE and ensure alignment with AB Volvo values and principles (The Volvo Way, Code of Conduct etc).
Continually inspire, develop and motivate the people resources within HR CoE
Initiate and follow up improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Hold a university degree and / or an MBA within Human Resources or other relevant areas.
Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills.
Able to demonstrate successful international business experience within a global network.
Minimum of ten years of senior line management experience in Human Resources.
Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and business analyses.
Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset, and successful people and culture leadership.
Show a real talent for global and cultural integration.
Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in each of the Volvo Leading Business competencies.
Needs to have a good understanding of the Volvo Group Businesses.
Proficiency in the English language.
