hela Sverige * Be responsible for developing external reporting materials and responding to ad-hoc requests
• Develop external communication and reporting, including but not limited to the Sustainability report (according to GRI Standards), UN Global Compact COP, CDP, RSPO ACOP etc.
• Be responsible for co-ordination of the full report drafts, including texts, indicators and layouts in close collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of annual reports for Oriflame Foundation.
• Stay up-to-date about new legislation and other external expectations impacting Oriflame's sustainability reporting.
• Drive continuous data collection and inventory mapping
• Independently drive the sustainability data collection process in close collaboration with relevant departments and local teams.
• Continue implementing a structured and efficient data management approach with aim of increasing scope and data accuracy.
• Identify relevant sustainability data needs with objective to further strengthen the understanding of Oriflame's impact.
• Perform on-going analysis of sustainability data. Make recommendations based on findings and support the implementation process.
• Drive and participate in projects supporting Oriflame's Sustainability Strategy in close co-operation with relevant departments and markets. For example Oriflame's carbon reduction strategy.
• Provide sustainability expertise, training and internal communication
• Be a 'go-to' sustainability expert and support internal stakeholders as needed
• Develop and drive activity of sustainability content on internal communication channels
• Update the sustainability section on the Corporate Website to meet external expectations.
Experience
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent as a minimum, degree in Sustainability / Environmental Management is meriting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of working with reporting frameworks such as GRI, UN Global Compact, CDP.
• High level of computer literacy, in depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong technical & analytical skills
• Well organized and an attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, additional languages are meriting.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and work independently
