About Group IT
Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.

Then you are the player we are looking for to strengthen our team! We are now seeking a person who is a technical problem solver who will work in a group that are supporting approximately 2500 users in Swedbank HQ in Sundbyberg and soon at their new office at Sveavägen. This is a one year position.
Assignment specification
As IT-Support Technician, you will:
Solve computer-related problems for the users via a physical service desk, telephone or on-site. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and install/upgrade programs.
Prepare new and reinstall computers. Give the users support in their specific applications. Participate in different projects involving upgrades and new applications
To fit right in, we expect you to have:
General interest in computers and software Good communication skills in oral and in writing, both Swedish and English. Good ability to adapt and learn new products fast since we support over 200 different applications
Our best IT-Support technicians are skilled problem solvers with good technical competence. You should be a service minded person who preferably is presently working with some kind of support function where you are used to "multitask". The rate of change and the technical development is fast, so you should enjoy learning new things and want to.develope The group works on a schedule and it's very important that you are punctual. You should find it easy to cooperate with colleagues both physically and over communication tools.show motivation and have an enthusiastic personality..
