ABOUT YOUR TEAM

The Delivery and Support group is responsible for all Qbrick deliverables and support (not end-user support) such as standard accounts, customized players/web sites and live/on-demand web casts to our customers within Europe. The team works with both Linux/BSD and Windows. For the right person this position offers an excellent way to get to know the Qbrick business and in the future develop further within our different core areas, such as Development, Programming or Sales.

ABOUT YOUR DAILY JOB

Our work pace is high and we constantly try our best to succeed expectations. You will be focusing on direct support to our corporate clients (no end-user support). The position offers a broad perspective where you will be involved in all issues regarding delivery and support. You will act as a project leader towards clients and co-workers, with the purpose to solve problems and always deliver excellent service to our customers.

ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

The right attitude, personal drive, humbleness, service level and engagement are equally important as technical skills and previous background to us. You enjoy to be in contact with customers and to be service minded.

If you have previous experience as a support technician, that’s a plus but not a must. Most probably you are starting your career, having just graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within a technical discipline. Or maybe you have already worked a few years within complex systems, networks or ISP related networks.

You need to have an overall technical knowledge and a personal interest in IT. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish is a must.

This position requires that you can work in a structured and thorough way and that you have the ability to be a self-starter and work independently. You like solving problems and enjoy working with a mixture of people and the more technical aspects.
