• get "on-the-job-training" as a Supply Chain Planner, in one of our factories. to become an expert Supply Chain Planner
• be part of a 18 month global development programme with central training blocks
• have the possibility to work several weeks in an SKF factory abroad
• be part of a Global Supply Chain network with 10 young graduates
• have an SKF Supply Chain expert as your personal mentor
This global development program will give you the perfect opportunity to develop both your professional and personnel skills and will be the perfect basis for a future career in SKF. During the program you will be project employed by SKF for 18 months with the possibility of a permanent employment.
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor Degree within Supply Chain Management, International Management, Engineering business administration or equivalent in combination with documented extracurricular activities
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set or/and experience
• International - and cross culture experiences or interest
• English working proficiency and preferably one more language

Therefore SKF is now investing in young graduates, who will become our Supply Chain experts of tomorrow. In Spring 2018, we will start a global Development programme to strengthen our Supply Chain community.
