We are now recruiting a Supply Chain Manager
This is an exciting opportunity. EM is in a start-up-position due to a reorganization and relocation of our main office to Skånes Fagerhult. There are many new ideas and possibilities to develop while working with this well know brand.
Your experience
You have been working as Supply Chain Manager with consumer products for at least 3-5 years. In this role you have also acquired leadership skills by managing a Supply Chain Team.
Experience from supply chain management in the home furnishing industry is a merit but not a requirement. A university degree within sourcing, supply management, logistics or similar is preferred.
English is a language you are comfortable in using professionally on a daily basis, and you have a driver?s license B.

Main responsibilities
As Supply Chain Manager you are a member of EM management group, you will influence many strategic decisions that are not only related to supply chain, but all parts of the company. You will also represent EM in negotiations with external parties, and be responsible for a Supply Chain Team of 10-15. Extensive amount of international travel mainly in Europe and Asia, will be required.
• Lead, develop and innovate within the supply process in line with defined long term goals and objectives for EM Holding AB.
• Secure a business driven supply set up, which meets the needs of the business and franchisees.
• Ensure process precision within the supply-chain.
• Develop the business, organisation and co-workers.
• Optimize sourcing, investigate and implement future sourcing possibilities in collaboration with range development.
• Audit and monitor suppliers.
• Work with suppliers building a relationship and achieving goals.
• Initiate and lead cost saving initiatives.
• Monitoring supply chain costs and takes action to minimise expenditure and secure lowest total cost for products.
• Secure availability of product to customers.
• Secure quality of product.
• Secure sustainability within the supplying process.
Job Information
