In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless flow of goods, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

About the Role:
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, scheduling, tracking, processing, and completing inbound and outbound orders to ensure exceptional customer service. This includes sourcing materials, coordinating with production assembly, managing testing, packing, and shipping-while meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to lead and evaluate forecast planning across all regions.

The position is based in our Gothenburg office at Exportgatan 1B.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate our supply chain and logistical operations between our customers and key suppliers, ensuring an efficient and seamless supply chain throughout a global distribution chain.
Order processing, POs (Purchase Order) and COs (Customer Order), order acknowledgement, price deviations, and monitoring deliveries.
Warehouse management.
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
Maintain high delivery quality standards aligning with our business values.
Fulfil logistics policies and customer shipping contracts, define, and communicate customer needs and transform them into action always ensuring a high customer service level is provided.
RMA, SQ, PC, SC-tickets handling towards suppliers (internal and external).
Maintain department-specific processes.
Work closely and cross-functional with Finance, Sales, Projects, and support internal and external teams on Supply Chain related issues and product launches.
Work actively to ensure that the department delivers and fulfils objectives in alignment with the business strategy.
Ad hoc tasks as the business grow.
Required Competence:
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
Experience in an ERP system, it is meritorious with SAP experience.
Proficiency in using Office i.e. Excel.
Knowledge of Incoterms.
Experience in order handling, both incoming and outgoing.
Experience in production and warehouse operations.
