This position is for our Global Operations organization and is therefore open to any city with Electrolux office locations. Stakeholders and team members are spread across the globe wherefore travel sometimes occurs.
Our Supply Chain Solutions team is growing, and we are now looking for a Business Analyst to join us in our exciting transformational journey of our IT landscape. The team deals with information for our Global Operations (mainly within supply chain and logistics) and is crucial in delivering key company initiatives in the areas of Supply Chain, Supplier Collaboration and Transportation Warehousing.
We have a complex European IT landscape, both on and off SAP, from which our analytics solutions on SAP BW/ Azure/Power BI are integrated. The role is a combined Business Analyst/Project Manager role with great autonomy and possibility to discover a vast are in terms of Electrolux processes and systems.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Solutions, your tasks will be to:
• Provide comprehensive Business Analysis of requirements for BI Tools (SAP/BW, BOBJ, Qlik, Azure, Power BI) to support Supply Chain processes end to end.
• Drive analytics projects from A-Z from initial requirement through delivery and implementation to adoption with clear understanding of end product and business value.
• Drive and facilitate workshops, meetings, collaboration forums virtually through Miro/Mural and other tools.
• Be a servant leader who coaches and facilitates the deliveries of the group supply chain delivery team in accordance to the backlog (in Azure DevOps) and lead daily stand-ups.
• Work closely with IT core teams, architects, platform teams and business stakeholders for excellent delivery within area.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a university degree in a relevant field, have experience from project management (preferably both agile and waterfall) and have at least 5 years of experience from working with analytics - preferably from a manufacturing company. You can easily connect to other people and communicate recommendations and results both orally and written in English. You are eager to understand relations and patterns and draw conclusions of as-is and should-be scenarios.
Previous experience from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, business intelligence and IT project management is a strong plus but most importantly you have energy: the ideal candidate is a natural leader that can manage to lead and engage project resources towards a common goal, can work autonomously and most of all, want to learn and develop as much as possible within this exciting area.
