Tetra Pak is using ground-breaking new digital technologies to manage our supply chain, delivering even more value to our customers. The department of Integrated Supply Chain is driving the development to ensure that we maintain and extend our industry leadership by driving digital business development and building internal capabilities. At the core of the department we have the Supply Chain Analytics team with focus on development of predictive and prescriptive models that help improving human decision making.
What you will do
As our new Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of a team of four working in Tetra Pak Supply Chain Analytics.
You will focus on:
Work in collaboration with Tetra Pak 's five geographical Clusters and the central supply chain organization to build the future digital capabilities in supply chain planning
Promote a Data Driven culture and strategy for Tetra Pak 's decision making. Including decision support for tactical planning in Sales Operational Planning (S&OP) and strategic supply chain optimization
Manage optimization and other advanced analytics methods to support in strategic and tactical decision making
This position is a temporary position for 12 months with start April 1st, 2020 and will be located in Lund.
Who you are
We believe that you are curious about operational processes like SCM, S&OP, Inventory Management, KPI's and decision supporting systems. You can translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement, and communicate these findings. Furthermore, you take efforts to enable independent interpretation of results through education, improved tools, and data visualization. To be successful in this role you need to be curious to continue to explore the technology and knowledge evolution. Most of the work is done in cross functional and geographical diverse, formal or informal teams, therefore your interpersonal skills are important. Written and verbal English skills are essential.
We believe you have experience of distributed databases and query languages such as SQL or MS Access as well as experience of Supply Chain. You have a common knowledge of data structures and the ability to work with Excel on an advanced level. Knowledge in Tetra Pak PM planning systems, master data, and experience working with factory or cluster planning or similar is a plus. Knowledge in capacity management is a strong merit.
Newly graduates from master programs like Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering physics, Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science and Engineering are welcome to apply.
