Job Summary:

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen Ericsson's competitive position. You will contribute to that by maximizing supplier value and proactively managing business risks.
You as Supplier Relationship Manager are responsible for the commercial relationship with your suppliers as well as accountable for qualifying, evaluating and selecting new suppliers.

You need to master business strategy and execution in order to reach our wanted position in the sourcing process as well as in the execution phases.

Responsibilities:

You will lead, prepare & execute the RFx process
You will evaluate and select suppliers
You will conduct supplier negotiation
You will ensure supplier agreement implementation
You will contribute to the long term business
You will monitor and mitigate supplier risk
You will monitor and drive supplier performance
You will actively contribute to the unit's performance

Key Qualifications:

Education: Msc, MBA
Min years of experience 5 years in sourcing
Domain experience: IT, Cloud, Core and Enterprise systems
Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Commercial Acumen & Skills
Financial Acumen & Skills
Commercial Business Model handling/evaluation for Software
Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
Ability to constructively challenge both internal stake holders as well as vendors

Additional Requirements:

Documented ability within Stake holder management
Collaborative mind set and ways of working
Transparent and sharing
