This is us, your new colleagues
We the Volvo CE Supplier Recovery Team, are a diverse global team located in Sweden, US, India, South Korea and China. We have the responsibility to negotiate compensation for field cost caused by poor quality and secure parts return from field for our Product Maintenance teams and suppliers. We enjoy being part of a global business context working with both commercial and logistics tasks and support Volvo CE's ambition to be No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction. We like to collaborate and strive for both professional and personal development in our daily work. For us is a Trustful team culture important together with high Engagement and that all of us take Ownership for our deliveries and result.
Who are you?
We are looking for an energetic colleague with a "can do" attitude, who is eager to learn and develop and enjoy challenges. To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, have a business-oriented mindset and enjoy negotiations, have analytic skills and are familiar with BI, fluent in English both written and spoken, eager to work with Continuous Improvements, are well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills. Most of all, you are a true team player and you contribute with a good team spirit.
