Your work assignments as Compliance and Procurement quality Coordinator
Compliance and Procurement quality Coordinator within FPE (Procurement Excellence team) with the purpose is to support Vattenfall Procurement through this transformation journey with compliance and communication day to day back office activities.
As the Compliance and Procurement quality Coordinator you will:
• Support the Procurement function in various Procurement administration topics and be part of the Procurement Development, Communication and Compliance team
• Day to day activities include (but not limited); maintain and keep updated all communication channels (Intranet, Yammer, SharePoint) ensuring information is updated regularly
• Support with reporting, KPI's and follow-up of activities
• Support with drafting policies and procedures to secure Procurement Governance model is up to date
Support FPE in general and Procurement central activities such as Procurement satisfaction survey, supplier interaction, and central FPE activities along with the communication and development team.
Your qualifications
We are looking for a person who has a High School degree or is currently studying at an University or Collage. Ongoing or finished studies in Supply Management or interest in commercial parts is an advantage. You have great Office skills and as we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently. It is an advantage that you speak German and have knowledge in Power BI and Purchasing function.
Further we believe that you have a structural way of working and have the ability to work independently. We want someone who pay mind to details and quality. You have a business mindset from an economic perspective.
