You will together with your team at the Order Desk provide excellent service and support to our partners (Trade Partners) and sales staff in the entire Nordic region, via phone and email. The role is key to sustain and keep building on our great relationships with our Trade Partners and at the same time look for new solutions and work with continuous improvement.
What you will do:
• Guarantee that the whole process of the incoming orders, from input to invoicing, is executed on time, in full
• Provide our Trade Partners and sales staff with information about products, availability and pricing
• Support the market in creating additional sales
• Be the link between the external market and our internal processes
• Thrive in a international environment
• Be driven by the possibility to find common solutions
• Feel at home with having the phone and computer as main work tools
• Previous experience or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
• An sincere interest in Supply Chain / Logistics
• Worked in customer service
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Preferably fluent in speech and writing in two Nordic languages and English.
A successful candidate has previous knowledge in SAP and has worked with White Goods or has a technical interest. To further do well you should be a person that is flexible, has a need to understand the big picture and wants to work with continuous improvement.
