Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to ensure the successful Alignment, Prioritization & Execution of strategy within the organization, in line with the established strategy execution methodology. Additionally, the role is to pro-actively facilitate organizational strategy development & long term transformation plans for the organization to reach the Wanted Position by establishing & driving strategic initiatives/programs (both growth- & cost) across the organization as defined in the organization?s strategic plan. The role will also secure the foundation for cross-organizational coordination of teams & secure close cooperation with the BU?s, Regions, Practices, CU?s & Operations to improve ways of working, competence & knowledge management in all areas.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Proven experience transitioning from strategy proposal to strategy execution
5-10 years of broad experience, gained across functional areas/businesses, from a mix of strategic consulting, operational roles and line leadership, as well as commercial experience
5-10 years experience of managing strategic programs focusing on driving change in organizations or high level business development role with specific responsibilities
Minimum 5 years in leadership positions in stage 7,8,9
