E.ON has recently acquired Coromatic AB, a business with 1500 MSEK in revenue and 500 employees in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Coromatic is the Nordic market leader for critical infrastructure solutions, providing integrated solutions for data centers as well as emergency power and battery power backup for critical facilities such as hospitals, airports, banks, automated industries etc.
We are now looking for a Strategy Business Partner that can support Coromatic in its strategic development as well as supporting E.ON in owner related activities such as supervisory board support, performance controlling, and business coordination for sales synergies realization.
You will work closely with the CEO and the management team of Coromatic in order to drive the strategic agenda of the company and you will also work closely with the supervisory board members in supporting the steering and development of the business. The role is organized within the strategy & innovation department of E.ON Energilösningar AB, and you will report to the Head of Strategy & Innovation.
Your main responsibilities:
* support to Coromatic management team: strategic analysis and development
* support to Coromatic supervisory board: preparation of board meeting material, analysis and decision support
* business controlling: interface between E.ON and Coromatic in performance controlling and reporting
* sales synergies coordination: interface between E.ON and Coromatic for realization of expected sales synergies
* commercial development: coordinating development of joint business models and offers
The role is based in Stockholm but there is also a possibility to be based in Malmö, but a presence of at least 50% in Stockholm will be required.
To love your job and maybe therefore also be successful in your role we think you are a problem solver and a strategic person who can take the complexity in anything and make it understandable to almost anyone. You are probably a master of science or business administration, with a proven track record of working in a Nordic and international setting.
It is highly favorable if you are interested in and curious about the critical infrastructure and data center business, as well as the energy solutions business. You have a very strong analytic and strategic mindset and you are able to handle issues with high strategic impact. You are business minded, structured and you always manage to be first in line to support and contribute to your stakeholders.
We think you have an agile mindset and like to work cross-functionally and hands-on. You are passionate about change management, and with a trustworthy and forward looking way you find new ways of developing the business.
