What you will be doing:
• Develop 2-3 clients long-term by e.g. doing yearly plans and budget set-ups.
Work with your clients on a day to day basis by e.g. setting project specific budgets, timeplans and handling feedback rounds.
• Convey the client's needs to the Radon team and be part of finding the best solution for the client.
• Lead our internal team in creating all kinds of communication, ranging from PR plans, film production, website production and full-blown marketing campaigns.
• Build proposals and being part of the pitch processes - for both new and pre-existing clients.
• Be the last line of defense in quality control for your projects.
Who you are:
• Have excellent client management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience working at a communication agency or similar.
• Have the ability to switch between being a humble team player and a leader.
• Have knowledge about the whole process of creating a successful campaign from strategy to activation.
• Have great instinct and know what separates good from outstanding.
• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
• A keynote wizard.
• Possess a can-do, positive attitude.
