Arbetsuppgifter
The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and monitor the performance of pricing strategies across the whole of J&J Medical Devices driving consistent local pricing governance aligned with regional and global principles and processes.
The role will work closely with BU stakeholders and senior management to develop strategic options for driving profitable growth through pricing analytics and insights.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet
Ability to interpret and analyze high volumes of data, and drive evidence based decisions. .
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Working knowledge of the J&J Medical Devices product range-but not an expert. .
Deep understanding of commercial and pricing strategies of J&J Medical Devices at Nordic level .
High skills in Excel, Qlik view and SQL . High attention to detail . First class communication skills as daily communication with customers, directors, sales force and other line managers - through multiple medias. .
Ability to coach, lead and inspire the team to optimum business results .
Team player Education and work experience: . Ideally a Business related University Degree or equivalent (Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business).
Experience using JDE and SAP . Knowledge of EU Legislation regarding procurement is beneficial .
Ideally a commercial background which would include the development and implementation of pricing strategies .
You will ideally have experience of managing, leading & coaching a team.
Languages: . Excellent in English and one or more Nordic languages
