XXXLutz will start business in Sweden opening the first store in Malmö. We are looking for a motivated and experienced
STORE MANAGER
Home Furnitures and Accessories / Malmö
Principal accountabilities:
• managing direct and control key functions in according with the companys business strategy (sales, marketing, purchasing, human resources, administration, logistics)
• implement the key strategic goals on the local market in cooperation with the company head quarter
• achieve commercial and operative excellence
• recruiting and development of the local team
Your qualifications and skills:
• experience in retail, ideally home furnitures or accessories
• excellent leadership and management skills and experience, people management experience
• strongly target orientated with high communication and interpersonal skills
• native swedish speaker with fluent english (German basic knowledge an asset)
• Willingness to travel - also international
