Experiences /qualifications:
The Store Manager is typically supporting the Operation Manager and responsible for day-to-day supervising of associates. Assigning specified work to associates, focusing on store level operation performance, coaching and developing Assistant Store Managers, Shift leaders and associates and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned Management of which associate is capable of performing. This position reports to the Operation Manager.
You will be responsible for scheduling staff. The work is a pronounced operating job and most of your working hours will be placed on the unit together with your team.
The qualifications for this position are:
• High experience level in hotel or store/ unit management including HACCP
• Financial knowledge
• Experience in Italian cuisine
• Thorough communication skills
• Ability to multi task and lead by example
• Fluently Swedish and English
• Good computer skills, previous experience in Micros is meritorious
• Develop and carry out ideas and procedures to continuously improve unit's performance
• Through guest focus and a burning interest in service, you will provide the company's slogan "feeling good on the move" to our guests.
In order to be employed with us, you must be able to undergo a register check (criminal record)

Working hours: Full-time with 6 months of probation time Hours of work vary throughout the day (weekends, evenings and early mornings) all year round.
