The role
This position will be a part of the Corporate, Development and Alumni Relations team and will report to the Head of Corporate, Development and Alumni Relations. The position will work and collaborate closely with various departments outside of its team, such as the Communications and Marketing team, IT Services, and other departments of the school.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the development of the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) to support the work of the corporate, development and alumni relations strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and consultants to maintain and improve the CRM system.
- Maintain a level of high-quality of data and ensure all features are working properly.
- Segment and analyse various types of data to drive fundraising results.
- Coordinate and implement internal data projects.
- Train and support the team in using the CRM system.
- Ensure adherence to data processing and security standards.
Your profile
We are looking for an individual who has strong communication skills and understands data, information and process flows. You are a problem-solving specialist with integrity, attention to details, and an analytical mindset. You can work well with a team and are able to educate the team on how to use data to drive decision making. You plan work ahead of time, organize and prioritize activities in an efficient way, and can set and keep deadlines..
Requirement
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and supporting a team in using data in their work.
- Understanding and experience of similar tasks, such as collection of data, statistical analysis, and reporting of results.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
- Familiarity with modern databases and information system technologies.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
Meritorious
- Understanding of or experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Higher education in computer science or relevant field.
- Experience working in an academic setting or a similar environment.
- Oral and written fluency in Swedish
