We need to temporarily reinforce our OBS Support team with a Data Maintenance Specialist. As Data Maintenance Specialist your main tasks will be:
• Daily data maintenance for all articles in our systems. Continuously monitoring new and existing articles.
• System setups regarding customers and suppliers.
• On-going operational development of processes and routines.
• Correcting errors in in close collaboration with our IT department.
• Monitoring and updating information originating from the alert system onboard.
• Making adjustments regarding incorrect orders in the onboard system. Working on solutions and communicating these with the staff on board.
• Setting up and correcting discounts and offers.
• Collaborating with colleagues at Stena Line Onboard Services, internal and external customers regarding Data Maintenance issues.
Qualifications
We believe that you are used to working independently and have the ability to streamline and develop routines and pursue projects. You are flexible and have a holistic view and understand that Data Maintenance is a part of our overall processes.
You have 3-5 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. You demonstrate a good verbal and written command of Swedish and English. We consider it advantageous if you have experiences of working with JD Edwards and Charm or other ERP and EPOS systems.
To fit in our team we also believe that you are a good teamplayer, have a positive attitude and are service minded.
Location and scope of position
The position is a temporary position due to a parental leave and you will be hired during the period 2014-11-01 to 2015-08-31, with the possibility of extension. The position is located in Malmö. You will be reporting to the Data Maintenance Manager.
