Stena Line is currently in an exciting period of development. To match the business needs and the change that the company is going through we need to transform and expand our HR-organization. Stena Line's HR-department in Gothenburg consists of HR BP, specialists, service partners and coordinators and in addition to this we are now recruiting a HR Training & Recruitment Partner.

As HR Training and Recruitment Partner you work with a team of Service Partners and you report to Head of HR Operations & Shipmanagement.

Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on training, recruitment and operational employer branding. To enable HR's strategic agenda and objectives within this area the HR Training and Recruitment Partner is responsible for:

• Stena Line Academy
• Career events
• Implementation of the company's Employer Branding Strategy
• Contact person for University's and secondary schools
• Seasonal recruitments
• Organize and participate in interview processes
• Supervision of the HRs resources to ensure that the vessels are manned with competent, qualified and suitably OBS personnel during the seasonal periods
• Supervision of the Chef recruitments for the seasonal periods
• Annual training agenda  and follow up and meet up on training requirement from the business
• Implementation of Social media-strategy and external communication about Stena Line as an employer

Qualifications and Personal Profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR, business administration or marketing/communication. You have several years of previous work experience from a similar role. Experience from working with seasonal recruitment and training within the service sector is an advantage.

You have a process and business oriented mindset and are used to driving projects independently. You are resourceful and have a strong ability to reach both short and long term goals. The role also requires that you are creative and oriented towards development.

Since the role as HR Training & Recruitment Partner includes a great extent of both internal and external contacts it is important that you have an excellent ability to both cooperate and create good relationships with others. You also have strong communications skills and need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

The position and location
The position is a permanent employment with start early autumn 2015. Your base will be in Gothenburg. The role might contain some travel.
