We are now looking for four new team members who can help us build a company-wide approach to talent acquisition, learning, talent development, employee listening and individual performance. As our Succession and Talent Manager you will enable career development and manage succession on a global level. Your goal will be to continuously develop and retain employees while at the same time reducing turnover and strengthening SSAB's brand.Location: Sweden (Stockholm, Oxelösund, Borlänge, Luleå) or Finland (Hämeenlinna or Helsinki). About the positionTogether with our colleagues in our divisions and sites, you will build the global pipeline of high potentials and future leaders by:Being responsible for the company's performance dialog processesDeveloping a systematic succession and talent development approach supporting SSAB's high performing organizationDriving the development, implementation and optimization of SSAB's global succession management, including top management positionsVisualizing and communicating career pathsDeveloping SSAB's talents, e.g. via programs to enable consistent talent pipelineRaising awareness about the talent pipelineMeasuring the process effect and efficiencyThis is a broad role in a global organization with a strong development agenda for HR. You will have the possibility to grow in the role and have an impact on how we work with Talent Management and human resources in the future.Your qualificationsUniversity Master's or Bachelor's degree (Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, HR, Business, Engineering etc.)Experience of working in international matrix organizationsSeveral years of experience from working in HR and an in depth understanding of HR processes and systemsGood understanding of translating business needs into good HR practice in the scope of Performance Management, Talent Planning and Development.Experience and knowledge of strategic HR, implementing Group Level initiatives and Change ManagementProject ManagementA forward-looking approach and a strong willingness to use modern technology in talent development and succession managementFluent in English and Swedish or Finnish ApplicationSend your application no later than June 30th 2019.
