Key responsibilities:
Nike is looking for a Sports Performance Sales Manager with experience from FMCG and/or Global Brands who is interested in an exciting career with the world’s leading sports brand. We are looking for an individual who is driven to deliver results and determined to succeed even under pressure.
Based in Stockholm, you will lead a team of 6 people and will drive the Country Sports Performance revenues and profitability with the objective of gaining greater market share. You will be a key member of the Sales Management team and the Northern Europe (NE) Sports Performance team.
• Lead Category Management
• Strategic Planning/Visioning
• Budget & Sales Planning/Forecasting
• Market Place Management
• Sales Process Execution
• Coach and lead a team of 6 people
Required Qualifications/Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Experience from Category Management
• Strong interest in athletic industry and of trends in the marketplace
• Strong knowledge of how to use financial data to make sound decisions on budget management and maximization of revenues, profits and sales opportunities
• Great understanding of complex business issues and creative in how to solve problems
• A passion and drive to develop, manage and guide strategic sales activities
• Great people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Swedish/English)
