The offer
In Group Functions IT, we are the IT partner to a number of business units in Nordea and support the change agenda with focus primarily on regulatory change.
When joining us as Specialist, you'll take part in enabling this by supporting our operational agenda as well as the strategy execution.
What you'll be doing:
• Support the leadership team by preparing agendas and materials needed to execute efficient leadership team meetings.
• Prepare high quality analysis and decision making material upon which the leadership team can make sound decisions.
• Proactively follow-up on actions/decisions and drive items when needed.
• Help with change initiatives and drive the implementation of these when needed.
• Deliver high quality communication material to different stakeholders making sure that the message is understood.

Your background:
• You preferably have a Master's degree in Finance or Management and have a couple of years of working experience.
• Understanding of Banking and basic knowledge of technology.
• Experience in Microsoft office package /similar tools.
