We are looking for a co-worker to join our Spare Parts Sale Support team. As a sales support employee you are a problem solver for our customers. You will support internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction. You also develop and manage the core process "order-to-delivery". You are responsible for your own business area in technically and commercially handling of spare parts orders and will support customers in order related issues, for example ordering and follow up on order- and quotation.
To be successful we believe you need a genuine interest in technology and have a desire to give the best service to our customers. We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience from the field of customer service or administrative support. Experience from logistics business is a merit. Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office as well as a high ability to use IT Tools and applications is expected. You need excellent language skills in Swedish and English. Apart from being service minded you need to have a "can do attitude" and be able to drive for results. You can manage yourself and are a strong communicator with the ability to cooperate and work cross cultures. We believe interpersonal skills is crucial to handle the needs of customers and to successfully build cooperation among stakeholders.

The location is Mölnlycke but you will work internationally, so travelling can be part of the job. It is a 6 month time limited employment, but the right candidate will have good chances of prolongation or a permanent contract.
