About the position
Perido is looking for a Space Activation Specialist for our client, a successful and fast-growing electric car company. This company is determined to improve the society we live in by accelerating the change to a fully electric, climate-neutral future. This position is placed at the HQ in Gothenburg, some travelling is included.
Your daily tasks
In this role, your main responsibility is to enhance the retail experience and secure activations of the company's space, carefully designed, unique retail environments. This with the goal of visitor satisfaction, brand understanding and leads generation. We are now seeking a resource to support with deliveries of a key area, including:
Lead the set-up and implementation of a global Space activation approach, from cross-functional planning to concept development and implementation in all Spaces
Gather and package good examples of local Space activation
Define and operate the complete Space activation concept recipe, including KPI's
Define and develop processes and tools to secure a smooth implementation in Spaces
Support establishing and operating Spaces as a communication channel (screens, carriers and windows), to enhance brand and commercial messages
Drive Additionals (merchandise) in Spaces in order to secure an exciting, brand-building and commercial retail experience
Your qualifications

Requirements
1 year experience as Visual Merchandiser
Experience from Event Marketing
Informal leadership skills, getting things done through others
Used to work in a high pace, dynamic organisation
Can lead cross functional project and work independently
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Meritorious
Network or knowledge of suppliers/experts
Previous experience from visual merchandising in retail
Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment for 6 months, start at the end of February/beginning of March.
