We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of specific relationships for the Life Science Spare Part/Service supplier base.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Sourcing Specialist role will be responsible for:
• Spare Parts supplier base
• Owning the relationship, QBR?s, development, NPI (New Product Introduction) strategies within commodity
• Negotiating contract and price, conducting supplier reviews to support supplier selection, development and consolidation
• Co-operating with other Supply Chain functions to maximize outcome / productivity
• Fulfillment, supplier monitoring, obsolescence/life-cycle management
• Being part of or driving development projects including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and database management
• Execute and implement Engineering Change Orders from Service Engineering as per product registration workflow
• Customer Complaints handling
• Following rules and regulations, the site quality manual and site QMS
• Completing all planned Quality & Compliance trainings within deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or a similar degree with relevant work experience in sourcing or procurement
• Work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities, or experience of Commercial Sourcing
• Willing to travel
• Speak and write in Swedish and English fluently
• EU work permit
