Role description
The Sourcing & Commodity leader has a functional leadership role within strategic purchasing of logistics services. You will develop and implement purchasing strategies, lead important strategic sourcing projects, drive negotiations and work with strategic development together with suppliers. You will also lead negotiations teams of buyers and logistics operations, and lead and/or participate in development projects.
The work involves a lot of collaboration with other departments, such as operational logistics departments, trucks sales, production etc., to together find the best solution for the company. You will work with stakeholders on all levels to secure input and anchor recommendations.

Your profile
You have strong leadership and teambuilding skills, a strategic mindset and are good at communicating and collaborating with others. It is also very important to have an improvement mindset and a "can do" attitude.
The position requires an MSc in Engineering and/or Business, and 5-15 years of experience in Strategy, Purchasing, Project Management and/or Logistics Planning/Development.
