Serve customer needs as a technical expert in Microsoft 365, EMS, and related technologies
Maintain a deep technical understanding of all aspects of Microsoft 365 and EMS
Support the development of Microsoft 365 strategy and roadmap deliverables
Lead the configuration, implementation, and migration of Microsoft 365 and EMS capabilities
Evaluate Office 365 changes & updates and determine impact on clients
Lead technical projects related to Microsoft 365
Collaborate with and provide direction to Microsoft 365 capability service owners and technical leads
Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
Maintain awareness of Microsoft 365 roadmap and releases
Maintain an awareness of Microsoft 365 third-party solutions
Participate in blogging and social media on technical topics related to Microsoft 365 and EMS
Provide solutions on Modern Device Management
Create Offerings on Microsoft 365 technologies
Provide the POV on new products and evaluate them
Provide solutions on Azure Virtual desktop area.
Revenue Targets to develop the Digital workplace unit
Key skills:
Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory and Cloud migrations including modern device enablement.
Experience requiered:
Consulting, Sales and Solutions experience in Workplace Services
