Scania is undergoing an exciting transformation, aiming to be a leader in sustainable transport solutions. As electrification and digitalization take center stage, digital services are becoming crucial for our customers. These services play a vital role in ensuring a premium customer experience and in increasing efficiency in our customers' business. We are now seeking a real star to take on the Solution Train Engineer role to support our teams and 'teams of teams' to achieve great results.
In this role, you will be a key leader who creates the pre-requisites for the teams and 'teams of teams' within the Digital Customer Services area to succeed in their mission. The Solution Train Engineer will "oil the machinery" by coaching, creating clarity, managing (and reducing) dependencies across Scania and facilitating flow events. You will have the opportunity to shape the role and tasks in dialogue with your stakeholders.
Some of your closest colleagues will be the Chief Product Owner and Chief Product Manager together with the teams who are working in an open and creative culture built on aligned autonomy. One of your main goals will be to support and build on this culture to improve our ability to deliver customer value and the employee experience of working in the service flow.
You will be part of the service Strategy & Portfolio Management organization and be a member of the management team.

We are looking for a leader with strong interpersonal skills who truly enjoys working with and through others to drive positive change. You know that collective intelligence and transparency is the name of the game and you take an pragmatic approach and have a bias for simplicity. The ideal candidate has experience from agile software development in a leading role.
You may have role(s) such as scrum master, RTE, product owner or product /solution manager on your resume. You are comfortable with English as your everyday language in written and oral communication and you are a strong communicator, in 1:1 settings as well as in front of a crowd.
