AFRY are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to work across our company to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio, together with colleagues in all parts of our company. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation; and we will support the sales of those solutions. We are now searching for several "Solution Owners", which is a combined role with both development and commercial responsibilities related to a technical solution (in many cases a SW-product or platform). Solutions include among others AI-based image-recognition software, quality assurance softwares etc.
Sales planning, strategies, as well as making sure the solution fits the customers expectations fully.
Also responsible for creating an optimal development roadmap both with regards to customer adaptations as well as scalability and productification.
Tasks
We will have one solution owner per solution, in some cases a solution owner might have more than one solution. Your focus will mainly be:
Defines user stories together with service owner
Creates development roadmaps in accordance with user stories
Owns and prioritizes the product backlog
Interfaces with Scrum Master to oversee solution progress Engages with Digital X leadership to secure appropriate resources for next development phase
Interfaces with Digital X sales team to find appropriate sales- and marketing approach
Who are you?
Qualification profile
Deep knowledge of the solution, its development status and its "special quirks" Understanding of client needs and how the solution addresses these
Experience with agile methods for digital solution development
Experience with life cycle management for digital solutions
Swedish both spoken and written preferably.
Placement is Solna or Gothenburg, but can be located anywhere in Sweden.
