Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a Developer for the Solution Configuration 1 section within Development Unit Networks Product Development Unit NSV ECR - Ericsson Commercial Release.
In Solution Configuration 1 we are a highly skilled team! We develop and maintain the configuration rule engine in an SAP/Java environment but also strengthen up the unit for a Cloud Native based environment to enable microservice development in line with the digital transformation. We validate the Ericsson Radio System product packages and take part in the monthly release work. We also produce configuration drawings in a 2D and 3D format to support the supply in the assembly process. The system solution outcome is globally used in Supply and all Market areas and Customer Units to support the ordering and supply flow. We work closely with solution configuration 2 and 3 sections at ETK in Croatia as well the Lighthouses within Ericsson.
You will
• Develop and maintain the configuration rule engine
• Take part in Native based environment to enable microservice development
• Validate product packages in an SAP/Java environment
• Design and build a database according to data needs
• Provide troubleshooting and customer support
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Report into Product Development Leader
To be successful in the role you must have
• University degree, preferably a Master of Science/bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum years of experience: 2-3 years
• Domain experience in SAP/Java environment/development
• Experience in building APIs
• Product packaging and configuration awareness
• Ericsson Radio System product knowledge
• Business understanding and a knack for planning and organizing, innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Ability to work with people and network, deliver results and meet customer expectations
• Experience in object-oriented programming languages like Java (necessary) and willingness to learn new technology on demand
• Capability to think and work independently, and maintain a structured way of working
• Ability to think logically and break down complex information
• Good communicational skills and fluency in English, oral and written

• Good IS/IT skills
