About the role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect with knowledge in IBM Mainframe technology, ready to take on our core policy area. As a Solutions Architect in the core policy area, you work closely with the agile teams designing competitive solutions, realising our strategy, and fulfilling our purpose towards our customers. You will be working with systems and solutions, with substantial amounts of data, high availability, and high security requirements.
You will report to Head of Solutions Architecture in Business Technology, and will be placed in Stockholm or Malmö.
Your profile
You have relevant education with several years of experience as a Developer, Tech Lead, or Solutions Architect. Technical knowledge and experience of Mainframe environment and integrations are must-haves for the role. You have a profound understanding of technology, software development, and solution architectures. You are used to high-quality standards and experienced in high demand scalable solutions and have been part of a significant digital transformation.
You are comfortable in communicating with stakeholders, and good at explaining complicated things in a straightforward way.
You have the following experience:
IBM Mainframe technology
Back-end development and databases, other than Mainframe
Integration platforms and solutions
Working with substantial amounts of data; performance optimisation, infrastructure, high availability, and security
Development of end-user digital service offerings from insurance/banking/finance
We work across Scandinavia, and with English-speaking partners. Therefore, you need to be fluent in English, and preferably also in Swedish.
