For our division Benteler Engineering Services located in Gothenburg we are looking for
Software Engineers and Software Developers
We offer our customers product development services and need to strengthen our team with more skilled SW engineers and designers. Depending on your own background and experiences you will work in different projects for our customers. You will work from our office in Gothenburg or on site at any of our customer.
• As a SW engineer you are normally responsible to drive the component development of the supplier, from a specification to a tested working product.
• As a SW developers you are mainly developing embedded SW using different programming languages.
YOUR PERSONALITY
You have a couple of years? experience from software development work. It is essential that you understand the interface between hardware and software and the limitations and possibilities in respective areas.
You need good communication skills and an autonomous approach with the ability to plan your own tasks. We see that you are structured, accurate and able to summarize and present the status of your job.
• As a SW engineer you must understand how software is built up, to be able to support and drive the development at the supplier. You will work with both traditional waterfall or agile software development methods, such as scrum
• As a SW developer it is necessary to have deep understanding of software, to be able to design and implement efficient software. It is also essential to have knowledge from relevant industry standards and some best practice software design

Areas where experience is preferred
• Model based SW development
• Com: CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay, Wifi, Ethernet, Bluetooth
• Tools: Canalyzer, Canoe, SE-Tool, Elektra, ClearQuest, Clearcase, Microsoft Office Suit
• Programming languages: embedded C, C++, Matlab, Simulink, Python
• Standards: ISO26262, ISO14229, AUTOSAR
Education: B.sc or M.sc in electrical, mechatronics, physics or computer science
You speak Swedish, English, and preferably additional languages.
