About the position as Software engineerJoin a dynamic team based in Skövde, where they develop and support a range of applications within the Manufacturing area. The solutions are implemented and used in factories worldwide. You will be part of a team of 13, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, working collaboratively to deliver production-critical solutions.
Your RoleAs Software Engineer you will work with development in .Net, C# and SQL. Your applications will be used in factories all over the world. You will also be responsible for manual testing and writing automated test scripts.
Example of work tasks:*Apply software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software solutions.
• Work on both frontend and backend development, with a current focus on frontend tasks.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with team members and a senior mentor to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning.
You will work agile with scrum. The company applies a hybrid work model and you are able to work from home 50% of the time.
Requirements as Software engineer*University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and SQL
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications*Master's degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Blazor framework
• Experience with cloud development and automated testing
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, and GIT
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and manufacturing processes

Terms
Start date: 1 october
Location: Skövde (Hybrid model, 50% in office)
Work hours: Full time, day time with flex
