The product stack we are building is used by many users in IKEA to identify potential fraud anomalies and patterns in various areas. By automating the evaluation and reporting of associated fraud anomalies through data we will have greater visibility of frequency and types of fraud, in addition to reducing the investigation time. We support our Safety and Security co-workers in identifying and selecting "abnormal" case samples to review, and as a result streamline approach across countries
As a full stack developer, you will be part of a cross-functional product team with an agile mindset and ways of working. You will develop, maintain, support, and enhance the Risk Analytics product
Your skills include:
• Over 7 years of development experience in which more than 4 years is in frontend development
Fluent in JS, HTML and CSS
• Strong experience in JavaScript & typescript based front end frameworks, preferably Vue.js and good knowledge of backend framework, preferably Node.js
• Strong core software design principles with a proven track record of development/code experience
• Experience working with API based authentication services i.e. MS Active Directory
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Experience developing & implementing front end security best practices
• Experience in front end data modeling and architecture, developing apps on cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
• Experience in ML Ops/Data Ops, Infrastructure-as-a-code such as CloudBuild & Terraform
• Good experience in end-to-end product testing is a must
Your responsibilities will include:
• Be a front-end lead developer who owns the end-to-end front-end code base with an architecture mindset of the product
• Work in close collaboration with UX designer and product owner/specialist in implementing new ideas and maintaining existing functionalities based on Node + Vue
• Being accountable for delivering quality software code with customer impact in mind
• Applying and adhering to good software engineering practices
• Work with a team of cross-functional engineers, product owner/specialist, business stakeholders, data engineers and data scientists in close collaboration
• Prototype new ideas, both individually and across teams. You are fully encouraged to fail and learn than stay where you are.
• Providing support and guidance as needed to continuously improve as a team in the latest engineering practices and technologies
