Let 's introduce ourselves

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Talent Management team, focusing on Succession and Compensation modules within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors, particularly in developing, customizing, and optimizing workflows related to succession planning and compensation management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-impact solutions that streamline and enhance talent management processes.

What you'll do?

* Design, develop, and implement solutions and integrations for SAP SuccessFactors' Succession and Compensation modules.
* Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Configure and customize SuccessFactors to enhance succession planning and compensation management workflows.
* Build and maintain data models, interfaces, and API integrations between SuccessFactors and other HRIS or business systems.
* Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize issues within the platform to ensure performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.
* Provide ongoing support and technical expertise in updates, new releases, and optimizations for the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing efforts.

What you'll bring?

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.
* In-depth understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Compensation modules.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly around succession planning, compensation cycles, and talent management.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
It would be also beneficial to have:
* SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Compensation.
* Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Learning, or Performance).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS development.
* Prior experience in enterprise-scale HRIS systems or similar environments.
