Are you a technically curious Software Developer who wants to help build the next generation of control systems for two-stroke engines? Do you want to combine deep technical expertise with real influence and close collaboration in an agile team? Then this could be your next challenge!
You will be part of a collaborative, agile team of five people, led by a component owner, where we move development forward together. We believe in freedom with responsibility. In this team you will have significant influence over technical decisions, ways of working, and solutions.
About the Role
As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing the control system for our LPFI platform.
You will work with defining, structuring, and further developing the software - from idea to implementation. This includes analyzing new feature requests, translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring that our architectural principles are followed throughout the development process.
When needed, you will also take an active role in hands-on development, especially in the most complex and critical parts of the system. This is where your expertise truly makes a difference.
Your profile
Experience in Matlab/Simulink
A relevant university degree (BSc or MSc in Engineering)
5 years of experience in Combustion engines or Data analysis
Strong communication skills and a humble, collaborative mindset
Proficient in English (Swedish is used in daily interactions but is not a requirement).

Meritorious skills:
Basic C programming

Location & Work Setup
Our team is based in Huskvarna, where we believe in the value of working closely together. While some flexibility exists, we aim for 60% on-site presence, as collaboration is at the heart of how we work. This position can also be placed in our office in Jonsered.
