The team
Our team is engaged in DevOps assignments where we coach and enable DevOps and Agile transformations for customers by implementing a CI/CD/TA framework and supporting them with efficient tools, frameworks, and processes. The goal in our customer engagements is to increase the level of automation and quality by being the drivers in DevOps and Agile transformations and implementing solutions for customers.
As a member of our team, you would be able to build your profile into a DevOps, CI/CD/TA expert using modern concepts like: gating, configuration as code, infrastructure as code, and other tools and techniques in the DevOps are!
So, what do you do in the team?
Lead DevOps and agile transformations for our customers
Introducing Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Test Automation concepts with the target of building a world-class delivery pipeline
Introducing automatic deployment for customer applications to increase development and testing efficiency
Introducing and expanding the level of test automation for customer applications to increase the quality
Providing automatic setup and scaling of infrastructure in cloud-based environments
Designing efficient infrastructure using cloud solutions
Providing tools, frameworks, and processes that secure the quality of customer application
Providing solutions that use infrastructure as code and configuration as code concepts
Suggesting optimizations and improvements to reduce lead times time remove bottlenecks in product development
Suggesting, planning, and implementing proof of concepts
Introducing tool support for monitoring, visualization, and measuring
Who are you?
You are a self-driven person interested in learning and adapting to new technology and trends. Furthermore, you have an automation and improvement mindset in all implementation work and are an analytic and problem solver. Most of all, you have the drive and passion to develop into a DevOps expert.
What experience should you have?
For the position of the architect, around 5 years experience as an architect
Experience in the DevOps area
Knowledge of Swedish and English
Knowledge in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Knowledge in GIT and Linux servers
Other areas that you will get in contact within our different assignments and that is merit are:
OS: Linux, Windows
Continuous Integration : Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps, GitLab
Container technology: Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
Build tools: Maven
Databases : DB2, Oracle, MySQL
Application Servers: TomEE, WebLogic, Websphere
Source Control: GIT, Gerrit, BitBucket, GitLab, Azure DevOps
Scripting Languages: Python, Groovey, Ant, Shell (Ksh and Bash) Scripting, PowerShell
Infrastructure provisioning: Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform
Monitoring: Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus
Log handling, Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana/Grafana
Static code analysis tools e.g SonarQube
Experience with leading or participating in DevOps or Agile transformations
Experience in agile ways of working, Scrum or Kanban
Experience building an automatic Delivery Pipeline using CI/CD/TA concepts for large scale development projects
Experience with creating feedback loops and visualizing status during product development
Experience using cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenStack.
Understanding of different design patterns/concepts like Micro Services, Configuration as Code, Infrastructure as Code, Gating
