Your workplace
Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world's premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat.
At our site in Jönköping we are developing computer based systems and components for the next generation of aircraft from the world-leading aircraft manufacturers.
Our group is working with specification, development and verification of software.
Your role
You will be working in projects developing software for embedded systems. You will be involved in the whole process of development, from requirement to design and also verification. Your job will include planning, specification and documentation of design and you will also be cooperating to a large extent with other groups within the company.
Your qualifications
You are engineer with a university education with the emphasis on embedded systems. You have the ability to plan your own work in the project and you are ambitious and result-orientated.
You also have a good knowledge of English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have some years experience in programming of safety-critical functions.
You have a general interest in engineering and you want to work with products in the technological forefront.
You feel comfortable and want to develop in an environment that is full of action and also is characterized of openness and freedom with responsibility.
You could either have long experience or recently have received your diploma.
