We're looking for a social media guru to join our global marketing team and help us spread the word about how eye tracking can enhance our customers' understanding of human behavior. What it's about! As our new social media manager you will be part of the global marketing team based in Stockholm and report directly to our digital marketing manager. Your work will also see you interact closely with colleagues responsible for PR, creative production, and other marketing initiatives both locally and overseas. A Social Media Guru!We're looking for someone who's an expert in the social media sphere. We want you to evaluate our performance in social media today and suggest a strategy on how to make it better. This will include setting and evaluating KPIs in line with our segment goals and overall marketing strategy. Key tasks:Establishing and overseeing a social media calendar which supports our marketing initiatives.Creating and managing online campaigns (both paid and organic) and making adjustments to optimize their performance.Creating and monitoring our posts and customer interaction, as well as responding to questions and comments as they arise.Staying abreast of emerging trends in social media and helping us adapt to these. A bit about you!Proven experience as a social media manager - both planning and producing content.A degree in marketing is a big plus, but the most important thing is that you have relevant and proven experience within social media.A thorough understanding of various digital channels and their measurement tools. We want you to know what works and what doesn't and give us advice on how to make things better.Experience using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics for paid commercial campaigns.Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal - other languages are a plus.Experience working with Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, and basic image editing is highly favorable.Tobii Life Working at Tobii is like being in the heart of innovation.
