hela Sverige Sneakersnstuff (SNS) sells sneakers, clothing and accessories in own stores in Stockholm, London and Malmö and online at
www.sneakersnstuff.com. SNS was founded 1999 by the sneaker enthusiasts Erik Fagerlind and Peter Jansson who are both still active in the company. A great interest for the products and the culture around them is highly present in the company.
Since a couple of years SNS is growing fast and is now expanding online as well as through opening stores internationally. SNS is now looking for a store manager for the Stockholm store, which was the first SNS store.
Do you have the passion for Sneakers and retail? We are now looking for Sneakersnstuff's next Store Manager for their flagship store in Stockholm.
Tasks
As a Store Manager your main tasks are to:
* Lead the daily work in the store and work actively to maximise sales as well as supervise and coach the staff.
* You recruit new staff to the store and inspire them.
* Looking after the store and maintaining it in perfect condition as well as making sure that the merchandise is properly displayed is an obvious part of your job.
* You are responsible for the handling of the local stock and you are aware of how important it is for sales performance to keep the stockroom optimised and in good order.
* Plan and run campaigns with the marketing department.
Personal qualities
* We believe that you are working as a store manager today and have done so for a couple of years.
* You are an intelligent and popular manager that takes responsibility and is independent.
* You are an open minded, structured team player that likes change.
* You enjoy meeting the customer and is a great sales person, is obvious.
Knowledge
* You love Sneakers and Retail
* You have relevant education and several years of appropriate working experience.
* You have worked with, and master, different POS systems and the most common computer applications.
* You are fluent in English and preferably you speak more languages.
* Knowledge of retail and e-commerce is meritorious.
