This Scandinavian Fashion House was founded in Stockholm with the vision to build an international brand for modern and aware consumers. The company bridges sport and fashion, fusing the sharp silhouettes from fashion with the functionality from activewear. Offering products for aware consumers leading a contemporary, active lifestyle. The collections consist of products for both men and women with a focus on fashion, activewear, golf wear and ski wear.
Your role
You will work in an international environment with Accounts Receivable. In order to succeed in this role, you need to be familiar with working with several companies at the same time. You will be responsible for UK and Scandinavia, so english is mandatory. The ERP system we use is MS Dynamics NAV and MS Business Central. The most important thing is your personality and attitude. You are open, have a high energylevel and are motivated by providing good service.

Main responsibilities:
• Controlling bad debt exposure for dedicated markets through direct management of credit terms on the company's ledger.
• Maintaining strong cash flow through efficient collection methods adapted for the company's local markets.
• Ensuring bad debt accounts are put on hold and that an adequate delivery plan is in place for each season prior delivery.
• Monitoring the credit rating of the accounts receivables portfolio for trends, warning signs and change in credit limits in Atradius.
• Determine credit ceilings based on information retrieved from credit institute.
• Ensuring compliance with the corporate credit policy.
• Initiating legal recovery against customers who are delinquent. (Svea Inkasso, Credit Reform)
• Keep Country Managers and Accounting Manager informed concerning the credit situation on all markets within the regions.
Required Experience
Proven track record in a similar role; minimum 2 years of experience
Experience in General Accounting & Bookkeeping
Previous ERP experience is mandatory: experience in MS Dynamics NAV and/or MS Business Central will be considered highly meritorious
